Dick Staub interviewed the great Irish poet Micheal O’Siadhail during the IAM conference in New York earlier this year (2008). Micheal was educated at Trinity College Dublin, and the University of Oslo. A full-time writer, he has published twelve collections of poetry. He was awarded an Irish American Cultural Institute prize for poetry in 1982 and in 1998 the Marten Prize for Literature. His collections of poetry include: The Gossamer Wall (2002), Love Life (2005) and Globe (2007).
