And the filming in Morocco really adds to the feeling. Definitely would recommend checking out Nativity Story. You've got me interested in Millions. Unlike some people, we don't seem to have time for 8 to 9 (!) Christmas movies each year :) but we always watch The Muppet Christmas Carol (Rizzo: What? What?), Raymond Brigg's The Snowman (I cry every year), and The Blue Carbuncle, starring Jeremy Brett - yes, we're Holmes nuts. Looks like we may have to add Elf to our list, though.
