Randy Olson is a Harvard trained evolutionary biologist turned filmmaker whose new documentary Flock of Dodo’s is a humorous, insightful and controversial exploration of the contemporary controversy over evolution, intelligent design and how science is being taught in our schools. Since the Dodo bird is famous for two things–being dumb and being extinct–being called a dodo is not a good thing. So who are the Dodo’s in the evolution and intelligent design debate?
